A Rare Gift

Pauline Field is a gift. I have had the good fortune to work with Pauline on both sides of the table, as well as a colleague and cherished friend. In addition to being a gift, Pauline has a unique gift. I know that she has been a hugely successful consultant, and has made many valuation contributions to causes and organizations she believes in. AND Pauline also has a unique gift I have not seen before.

Pauline’s unique gift is like a laser vision that sees into all the current workings of the different pieces at hand: into the real desires, and potential of her client; and then she sees through as if it is already being expressed in its fullest potential; seeing all of the working pieces as they are now, and as they are in the future when they are transformed.

In Pauline, you have someone who really sees you and listens to you, believes in you and champions you every step of the way! Pauline has seen possibilities for me that I had not seen nor would have considered. One that comes immediately to mind was a presentation I developed and presented to a Pasadena organization for a special event that I would have never dreamed of doing. In fact it took my breath. But I said, “yes,” because it was Pauline that asked me to. The presentation and discussion ended up coming straight from my heart and experience. And it was one of my richest, single experiences.
